WITHUNNI provides free, automated SEO and security surface-level scanning tools for websites. Results are generated programmatically and are intended as informational guidance — not as professional security audits, legal compliance certifications, or guarantees of any kind.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will not:

Scan websites you do not own or have authorization to test.
Attempt to overwhelm, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
Use the Service to conduct unauthorized penetration testing or vulnerability exploitation.
Misrepresent scan results as formal certifications, audits, or compliance reports.

5. Accounts & Authentication

Certain features may require you to create an account or sign in via Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology powering the Service are the property of WITHUNNI LLC or its licensors. 8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WITHUNNI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
